Hello, Fall!

As we wind into one of our favorite times of year (Fall!), we wanted to share some of the exciting news that has been happening here at The Protein Bakery. If you've been to our website, FacebookTwitter, or Google+ page lately, you know we've had a very busy summer! It started with a heat wave here in New York City. I'm sure all you bakers (and non-bakers) know heat and humidity is not a baker’s friend. But, we're excited to say we worked through it thanks to our amazing staff and customers. As much as we love summer we're looking forward to cool fall nights, bright crisp days and serving up more of our fresh-baked, all-natural, delicious treats!
