  • We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
  • We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect/incomplete address information entered during checkout, inclement weather surprises by Mother Nature, business closure, courier issues, stolen packages left at a safe location as deemed by the courier, or if the package is refused by the recipient.
  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from the Sweet Spot in New York City, with weekend orders shipped by the following Monday (excluding Holidays), including priority shipments. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
  • For standard overnight deliveries, call 888.459.6652 to confirm.
  • We currently offer shipping through FedEx and the USPS.
  • Our shipping rates are provided by FedEx and USPS based on the weight and destination at the time of the order. You may review the shipping cost before placing your order.
  • For FedEx, we offer FedEx 2-Day, Express Saver, Ground, Ground Home Delivery, and Standard Overnight.
  • FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes. USPS Priority Mail must be used for P.O. Box deliveries.
  • For USPS, we offer offer Priority Mail 2-Day and Priority Mail 3-Day.
  • Shipping times are based on the time packages are processed. 
WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU RECOMMEND, USPS OR FEDEX?

Our preferred courier is FedEx. They have a better tracking system.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We get our freshest products to you as soon as possible. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. For standard overnight deliveries, call 888.459.6652 to confirm.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that the tracking system used by USPS does not update until the package has completed traversing through sorting centers. Therefore, their progress bar updates at a much slower pace. Once the tracking number has been entered into their system, it should provide an estimated delivery date.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we do! While entering the shipping information at checkout, simply scroll down to the very bottom of the drop down menu for the State selection and you will see options for "Armed Forces Americas", "Armed Forces Europe", and "Armed Forces Pacific".

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS

INTERNATIONAL

Current list of eligible countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Norway, United Kingdom

The Protein Bakery has partnered with DHL to provide the most reasonable shipping rates to our international customers. The prices of our products in other currencies can be displayed based on the current exchange rate on XE.com, but all orders are processed in USD at checkout. Credit card foreign exchange handling fees may apply.

  • Due to the nature of international import regulations, some ingredients are prohibited. The Protein Bakery has been engaging with DHL to ensure the smoothest delivery process possible. However, as regulations are in constant flux, we cannot guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date. Please check with your local authorities for information on regulations that may affect the delivery of your order.
  • Any orders seized or destroyed by Customs will not be refunded.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON TAXES AND DUTIES?

Our partnership with DHL allows us to work in conjunction with the national mail services of various countries, which means our packages go through customs without incident for the majority of the times. In rare instances however, a package might be stopped by customs. In such cases, we are not responsible for duties, taxes, or other additional fees related to international shipments. All applicable customs and import duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse shipment). If these charges apply to your order, they must be paid by the customer in order for your package to clear customs.

CAN I SEND AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER AS A GIFT?

Yes, you may use the Gift Message box at checkout to leave a custom message for the recipient. In the rare case that the package is halted at customs though, the gift recipient will be responsible for all duties and taxes that may apply.
